3. SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES

 


Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

 


Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.


Magx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


 

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.


Additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors may be charged to the customer.


 

7. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

 


If an order is returned to Magx due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, Magx reserves the right to:

 

  • Charge additional shipping fees for reshipment, or

  • Cancel the order without refund of original shipping fees

 


 

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

 


Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.


Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.


Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


 

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Magx is not responsible for delays or additional charges associated with customs clearance. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all import regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.
